Job description:
Job Duties- Under broad direction, manages and directs Real Estate Service activities for a specific geographical area.
- Responsibilities include: operations and maintenance activities associated with non-deployed facilties; acquisition and disposition of facilities and property to support business unit requirements-deployed and non-deployed; design and construction of support facilities such as shops, warehouses, and plants; managing voice communication infrastructure and contracts; travel management processes; office services; and security services.
- Prepares and manages annual operating and capital expenditure business plans required to support the service center and associated customer base.
- Selects and monitors performance of outsource service providers.
- Serves as the principal Real Estate Services (RES) contact for all levels of the Company.
- Provides overall RES support to deployed facilities within geographic area as required.
- Job role is independently accountable for RES support function.
- Skills are typically acquired through completion of an undergraduate degree in business administration, architecture, or engineering and of 7-10 years of experience in property management, or other shared services functions which includes experience in managing multi-discipline activities as well as successful internal relations with all levels of a sizable and complex organization/company and management experience.
