Job Description

About the Role:

The role is responsible in creating original digital content across various social media platforms.

What will you do:

  • Write engaging, on-brand captions quickly and effectively.
  • Conceptualize visuals and film/edit simple social media videos.
  • Design content using Canva and maintain a social media calendar.
  • Plan and execute paid ads across Meta, TikTok, X, and LinkedIn.
  • Stay ahead of video content trends (e.g., Reels, TikTok) and apply them effectively.
  • Track content performance and audience engagement using analytics tools.
  • Align content with brand identity and business objectives.

Skills and experience you possess:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or any relevant field.
  • Possess a minimum of 3 years experience in social media management or digital marketing.
  • Strong writing skills and a keen visual sense.
  • Proficiency in Canva and basic video editing.
  • Experience with paid media planning and performance tracking.
  • Familiarity with Islamic banking principles is a plus.
  • A proactive, independent mindset with a love for fast-paced environments.
