About the Job

Responsible for driving sales by product line, supporting the agency force and FA/Brokers with product-related enquiries and training, and developing strategies to manage agency communications from a product perspective.

  • Design and implement a structured framework to facilitate effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders across assigned projects.
  • Work closely with Business Development Team and Agency Force of assigned region and FA/Broker in regards to product enquiry and clarifications.
  • Conduct product briefing with agency force of assigned region and FA/Broker to ensure accurate information is given to customers and policy holders.
  • Contribute to assigned product and contest projects by identifying challenges and developing effective solutions.
  • Write product-related agency circular.
  • Analyse product sales response with recommended action plan to enhance productivity.
  • Coordinate with Product Management, New Business, Customer Service Departments, and other stakeholders to ensure effective development of agency communication to ensure new products and campaigns launch in effective and efficient manner.
  • Organise product talks, develop marketing messages and promotional materials to enhance product awareness among agency force and FA/Brokers, driving sales momentum.
  • Conduct statistical study on product and sales response to support department to achieve business goals.
  • Follow up and follow through assigned work deliverables.
  • Provide guidance to Strategic Business Development Associate.
  • Maintain awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats, and technologies in order to understand the risk and better safeguard the company.
  • Highlight any potential concerns/ risks and proactively share best risk management practices.
  • Take accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and take appropriate steps to mitigate the risks.

We are looking for people with

  • At least a Bachelor's degree in any discipline or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Life Insurance Industry, preferably in Business Development or Sales Management, preferably with worksite marketing experience.
  • Fast learner with good knowledge of Microsoft Office - Excel, PowerPoint and Words.
  • Good communication, training and presentation skill.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data.
  • High level of integrity, take accountability of work and good attitude over teamwork.
  • Take initiative to improve current state of things and adaptable to embrace new changes.
