Job Summary:

The Performance Marketing Ops Manager is responsible for leading and optimizing our digital advertising efforts across multiple platforms. This role requires a strong technical background in performance marketing, experience managing budgets and analytics, and the ability to mentor and guide juniors team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advanced Channel Expertise: Execute and optimize campaigns across multiple channels, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, DV360, Twitter, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other emerging platforms. Hands-on experience in managing and scaling campaigns across these platforms is required. Experience with Shopee & Lazada Ads is a plus.
  • Data & Analytics: Leverage data analysis to understand user journeys, utilizing ad tags/pixel generation & implementation and campaign reporting from all ad platforms to drive data-driven decisions. Experience with web analytics tools (Google Analytics) and MMPs (Branch, Adjust).
  • Audience Segmentation & Targeting: Create and optimize custom audiences, lookalike audiences, and retargeting audiences to maximize engagement and conversions.
  • Budget & ROI Management: Oversee ad spend across platforms, ensuring optimal allocation for maximum return on investment. Ensure campaigns are executed with precision and within budget constraints.
  • Process & Efficiency Improvement: Establish best practices for campaign execution, optimize workflows, and ensure operational efficiency within the team.
  • Automation & Reporting: Develop and implement automated reporting solutions to streamline campaign performance tracking. Leverage data visualization tools to provide actionable insights and improve decision-making.
  • Mentoring & Team Management: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering skill development and knowledge sharing. Ensure smooth collaboration within the team and contribute to a supportive work environment.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience in performance marketing, with a preference for candidates with a minimum of 4 years of experience in a related field.
  • Time Management: Ability to manage multiple campaigns under tight timelines while maintaining high-quality execution.
