Manager (Strategy & Planning )

JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Strategically drive the execution of KLCC group's sustainability direction, programmes and action plans to achieve the Group's sustainability goals and targets and manage its material sustainability impacts across environmental, social and governance dimensions.

2. Strategic establishment of the KLCC Group's sustainability plans, programmes and action plans to drive the Group's sustainability performance and manage material sustainability impacts

3. Manage and support the organisation, teams and individuals to embrace, align, and act in accordance with sustainability principles and industry best practices to strengthen sustainability culture in KLCC Group.

4. Identify, optimize and manage financial and non-financial (e.g. natural resources) resources required for the success of sustainability-related strategies, initiatives and action plans.

5. Identify, establish and strengthen support from a network of partners, alliances and associates (both locally and internationally) to support sustainability strategies, initiatives, and action plans

JOB REQUIREMENT

:
Bachelor's degree in relevant Sustainability, Environmental Science, Engineering, Finance related subjects, or equivalent. Master's degree in Sustainability will be an added advantage.

:
Minimum 5-7 years experience in corporate sustainability, ESG analysis/assessment/ reporting or related fields.

:

• Involved in establishing corporate climate or nature strategy plan
• GRI certified or any certificate course related to Sustainability or ESG.

• Experience in sustainability disclosure using GRI, IFRS, SASB, TCFD, and / or Corporate GHG Accounting Protocol.
