We are looking for a high-calibre Manager / Senior Manager to drive both strategic planning and execution excellence across our Payments & Strategic Partnerships function. This is a hybrid role combining strategy development, business planning, and PMO governance.
Working closely with the Head of Payments & Strategic Partnerships, you will act as a key extension of leadership-helping define priorities, structure initiatives, and ensure delivery of high-impact programs across fintech, airlines, OTAs, and ecosystem partnerships.
Support development of strategies across payments, fintech, airlines, and OTA ecosystems.
Translate strategic goals into clear roadmaps, initiatives, and execution plans.
Identify growth opportunities, new revenue streams, and partnership models.
Establish and manage a robust PMO framework to track all strategic initiatives.
Monitor timelines, milestones, risks, and dependencies across workstreams.
Ensure disciplined execution and on-time delivery of key initiatives.
Lead and coordinate cross-functional projects (e.g., new payment solutions, partnership launches, market expansions).
Work across Product, Engineering, Commercial, Finance, and Operations teams to deliver outcomes.
Step in to solve complex or high-priority business challenges.
Define and track KPIs across revenue, payment performance, conversion, and partnership outcomes.
Build dashboards and reports to provide visibility to leadership.
Translate data into insights and actionable recommendations.
Support initiatives across fintech partners, airlines, OTAs, and broader digital ecosystem players.
Ensure alignment and coordination across multiple ecosystem workstreams.
Drive integration of partnerships into a seamless customer journey.
Establish strong operating cadence (weekly reviews, monthly business reviews, QBRs).
Prepare leadership materials, presentations, and strategic updates.
Act as a trusted partner to the Head, ensuring alignment, follow-through, and execution discipline.

5-10+ years (Manager) / 8-12+ years (Senior Manager) in strategy, consulting, PMO, or business operations roles
Experience in payments, fintech, airlines, OTA, or digital platforms is a strong advantage
Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills
Proven ability to manage both strategy and execution
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
