Manager, Technology Audit

Overview

The Manager, Technology Audit will report to the Head, Technology Audit. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and performing audits on the Bank's information technology infrastructure, operations, operating policies and procedures. He/she will lead IT auditors in the review of application system controls and IT general controls surrounding information security (including cybersecurity), change management, computer operations, business continuity management/disaster recovery planning and Internet/web-based technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure completion of planned audit assignments as per the financial year's audit plan.
• Follow through on the validation of corrective action plans committed in internal audit reports.
• Update the risk assessments of audit entities upon completion of planned audits (or annually).
• Update audit guidelines addressing regulatory requirements/industry best practices in information systems management.
• Regularly assess the IT risks environment and consult with the Head - Technology Audit on appropriate actions (e.g., refresh of planned audits) when the risk profile changes.

Job Requirements:

• Malaysian citizen.
• Degree holder in Information Technology.
• 8 years experience and above in IT auditing, preferably in the financial services industry.
• Must be prepared to travel overseas, as and when required.
