Ensure the reliability, stability, and continuous improvement of Technology Operations and Service Reliability to support seamless business performance and service delivery
- Ensure stable, secure, and reliable operation of enterprise infrastructure, cloud platforms, network services, cybersecurity systems, and end-user computing environments across all business locations.
- Lead day-to-day technology operations, including service monitoring, capacity management, incident, problem, change, and service request management processes.
- Drive service availability, operational resilience, performance optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives to meet business and service level expectations.
- Establish operational governance, disaster recovery readiness, business continuity capabilities, and technology standards that support business operations.
Ensure Digital Workplace and Workforce Productivity are continuously enhanced through technology enablement, process optimization, and employee experience improvements
- Lead the strategy, governance, and management of Microsoft 365, collaboration platforms, endpoint management, identity services, and workplace technologies.
- Drive digital workplace initiatives that improve employee experience, workforce productivity, mobility, and secure access to organizational resources.
- Partner with business functions to identify and implement automation, workflow digitization, and productivity enhancement opportunities.
- Ensure workplace technologies are effectively governed, adopted, and aligned with security, compliance, and business requirements.
Ensure Cybersecurity and Governance by safeguarding data, AI, and technology assets through effective risk management, regulatory compliance, security controls, and responsible governance practices.
- Lead cybersecurity operations, risk management, vulnerability management, threat monitoring, incident response, cyber resilience, and security governance programs.
- Establish and maintain governance frameworks, policies, standards, and controls covering cybersecurity, AI, data protection, privacy, cloud, and digital technologies.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, security standards, audit obligations, and technology risk management practices.
- Govern the responsible adoption of AI and emerging technologies, including oversight of security, privacy, ethical use, intellectual property, and compliance risks.
Ensure Vendor, Commercial and Financial Management are effectively governed to maximize value, manage risks, control costs, and support business objectives
- Manage strategic relationships with technology vendors, cloud providers, managed service providers, cybersecurity partners, and telecommunications providers.
- Establish vendor governance, performance reviews, service management processes, and contract compliance practices.
- Lead contract negotiations, renewals, license management, and commercial optimization activities to maximize value from technology investments.
- Manage technology budgets, cloud consumption, FinOps initiatives, and cost optimization programs while supporting annual planning and forecasting activities.
Ensure the successful execution of Technology Strategy and Transformation by aligning technology investments, capabilities, and innovation with business priorities and future needs, delivering sustainable business value through digital innovation, modernization, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps covering infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, digital workplace, operational resilience, and platform modernization.
- Support enterprise digital transformation initiatives and identify opportunities to improve technology capabilities, scalability, user experience, and business efficiency.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and innovation opportunities, recommending solutions that deliver measurable business value and reduce technical debt.
- Contribute to long-term technology architecture, governance, investment planning, and strategic decision-making aligned with organizational objectives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline; Master's Degree is an advantage.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in technology operations, infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, or related technology leadership roles, with at least 5 years in a management position.
- Strong expertise in technology operations and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), including cloud governance, enterprise infrastructure, network services, and IT service management.
- Proven experience in cybersecurity and technology governance, including cybersecurity operations, SOC, risk management, compliance, disaster recovery, business continuity, and data protection.
- Experience leading digital workplace and transformation initiatives, including Microsoft 365, automation, cloud adoption, technology modernization, and AI governance.
- Demonstrated leadership in vendor, financial, and stakeholder management, including managing service providers, technology budgets, cost optimization initiatives, and presenting technology strategies and risks to senior management.
