• Handle customer inquiries via live chat and email

• Provide timely and professional support

• Resolve issues and manage escalation cases

• Deliver an excellent customer experience

Requirements:

· Able to communicate in Mandarin and English

· Minimum SPM / UEC or equivalent qualification

· Positive attitude and willingness to learn

· No prior experience required
