Our client is an IT Solutions Co. with their office located in Puchong.
Responsibilities :
- Responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of the application systems in operation, including tasks related to identifying andtroubleshooting application issues.
- Responsibilities also includeroot cause analysis, management communication and client relationship management in partnership.
- Tickets management.
Requirements :
- Preferably with 1 year of Application Supportrole. IT Fresh Graduatecan be considered too.
- Experience with troubleshooting API integration in C# preferred.
- Experience in using SQL queries is added advantage.
- Mandarinspeaker required to deal with internal & external stakeholders.
- 5 days week. Must be able to work on shifts & weekends on rotation basis.Night shift (till 1am/2am) can Work From Home basis !
