Job Description

Salary Package: Basic RM4700 + RM300 (Language Allowance)

Working Hours: Rotational Shift 24/7 (5days, 2 OFF)

Skills and Qualifications

  • Fluent in Mandarin and English, both spoken and written.
  • Must have minimum 1 year customer service experiences
  • Education level : Bachelor Degree
  • KYC /Financial / Banking exp preferred

Responsibilities

  • Assist Mandarin-speaking customers with their banking inquiries and transactions.
  • Provide accurate information regarding banking products and services.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner.
  • Maintain knowledge of banking policies and procedures to provide effective support.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance customer service experience.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Perform specified KYC tasks when required.
