Salary Package: Basic RM4700 + RM300 (Language Allowance)
Working Hours: Rotational Shift 24/7 (5days, 2 OFF)
Skills and Qualifications
- Fluent in Mandarin and English, both spoken and written.
- Must have minimum 1 year customer service experiences
- Education level : Bachelor Degree
- KYC /Financial / Banking exp preferred
Responsibilities
- Assist Mandarin-speaking customers with their banking inquiries and transactions.
- Provide accurate information regarding banking products and services.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain knowledge of banking policies and procedures to provide effective support.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance customer service experience.
- Document customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement.
- Perform specified KYC tasks when required.
