Job Description

Salary Package: from RM3800- RM4200 + up to RM300 KPI

Working Hours: Mon-Fri, 9am-6pm/10am-7pm (Normal working hours)

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree with knowledge of Life Insurance.
  • 1–2 years experience in a Life Insurance contact centre environment.
  • Proficient in English (B2) & Mandarin.
  • Strong computer skills, including experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer and distributor inquiries via phone, live chat, and email.
  • Record all interactions accurately in the CRM system.
  • Resolve issues promptly and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Work with internal teams to address complex cases and escalate when necessary.
  • Maintain professional, empathetic, and customer-focused communication.
  • Use CRM systems and digital tools effectively while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
