Salary Package: from RM3800- RM4200 + up to RM300 KPI
Working Hours: Mon-Fri, 9am-6pm/10am-7pm (Normal working hours)
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree with knowledge of Life Insurance.
- 1–2 years experience in a Life Insurance contact centre environment.
- Proficient in English (B2) & Mandarin.
- Strong computer skills, including experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer and distributor inquiries via phone, live chat, and email.
- Record all interactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Resolve issues promptly and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Work with internal teams to address complex cases and escalate when necessary.
- Maintain professional, empathetic, and customer-focused communication.
- Use CRM systems and digital tools effectively while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
