- Rotational shifts
- Earliest shift: 7:00 AM 4:00 PM
- Latest shift: 5:00 PM 2:00 AM
- No night shift

Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls, emails, and backend operations, providing accurate and timely information
- Follow up with partners on payment matters via phone or email
- Handle billing, payment, and dispute-related issues
- Verify proof of payment and update system records
- Assist partners with account and invoice-related matters
- Deliver professional and efficient customer service support

Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: SPM / UEC / O-Level or higher
- Must be able to read, write, and speak Mandarin
- Microsoft Excel (intermediate) or Microsoft Access skills are required
- Basic English communication skills
- Customer service or call center experience is an advantage (fresh graduates are welcome)
