What you'll be doing

  • Understand and resolve issues encountered by clients during cooperation, providing timely support and effective solutions to ensure a smooth user experience.
  • Identify and analyze client needs, and communicate actionable insights to relevant internal teams to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Handle urgent incidents and service disruptions, develop client-facing solutions, and coordinate across departments to minimize impact.
  • Regularly analyze client account performance and market data, providing valuable insights and recommendations to clients.
  • Work closely with Business Development, Product, Technology, and Finance teams to drive projects efficiently and ensure seamless execution.

What we're looking for

  • Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the B2B payment solutions or financial services industry
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Strong customer service orientation and the ability to build rapport with clients
  • Highly motivated, self-driven, and able to work independently
  • Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience

  • Willing to work on shift schedules (including weekends/public holidays if required)
  • Able to work fully on-site (Bukit Bintang)

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to listen effectively, articulate clearly, and proactively identify, assess, and resolve issues.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams and drive multi-client projects efficiently.

Good to have

  • Experience in crypto, trading, payment gateway, or Forex companies
