Job Responsibilities

  • Skilled in managing various banking-related inquiries to effectively assist customers with their financial needs.
  • Handle both incoming and outgoing customer communications (when required).
  • Provide an excellent customer experience in every interaction, taking full ownership to achieve first-call resolution.
  • Uphold and promote outstanding customer service standards at all times.
  • Manage schedules efficiently, ensuring availability and readiness to respond to customer inquiries promptly.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service (inbound and/or outbound support).
  • Mandarin speaking is advantages
  • Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced, and dynamic environment.
  • Proficient in using computers, basic software programs, and relevant specialized systems.
  • Strong communication skills with a consistently courteous and professional manner.
  • Demonstrates patience and empathy when handling customer conversations.
  • Able to adhere strictly to established processes and procedures to minimize risks and errors.
  • Capable of managing core responsibilities related to general banking and inquiries.
  • Bilingual role: Supporting markets such as Malaysia (MY), Australia (AU), and Singapore (SG).
  • Trilingual role: Supporting the US market (permanent night shift).
