Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Respond to customer inquiries professionally through email and chat
  • Deliver accurate details on products, services, and company policies
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues
  • Record and update all customer interactions in the system accurately
  • Maintain a positive, supportive, and customer-focused approach at all times
  • Follow shift schedules and consistently achieve performance goals

Job Requirements

  • Minimum SPM qualification; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Proficient in Mandarin (reading & writing) with basic English communication skills
  • Strong typing, written communication, and comprehension abilities
  • Good multitasking and time management skills
  • Comfortable working on rotational shifts, including weekends & public holidays
  • Customer service experience is a plus
