Key Job Details
- Position: Customer Support Specialist (CSS) — Taiwanese Mandarin & English
- Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia (Work from home for the first month until visa approval)
- Gross Salary: MYR 8,500 – 8,900 gross per month (includes language allowance)
- Schedule: 5 working days per week with 2 days off
- Monday – Friday: Between 9:00 AM – 10:00 PM
- Saturday – Sunday: Between 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Requirements
- Language: Native-level proficiency in Mandarin (Taiwan variant) and strong English fluency
- Education: Bachelor's degree (mandatory for Employment Pass visa processing)
- Experience: Basic knowledge of customer service principles
