Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Create and update QA guidelines, and evaluation forms
  • Review and assess customer interactions (calls, chats, emails) to ensure quality standards are met
  • Identify performance trends, gaps, and training needs through regular reviews
  • Provide constructive feedback and coaching to agents and team leads
  • Work with training and operations teams to improve service quality and align with business goals
  • Generate quality reports and share insights with management
  • Support continuous improvement in processes, compliance, and customer experience

Job Requirements

  • Experience in customer service or QA (contact center background is a plus)
  • Good understanding of customer service standards and quality metrics
  • Strong listening skills and attention to detail
  • Able to communicate clearly in both writing and speaking
  • Independent, good at managing time and meeting deadlines
  • Comfortable using Excel/Google Sheets for reports and analysis
