Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role located in WP. Kuala Lumpur, with the flexibility to work partially from home. As a Mandarin Speaking Sales Executive, you will develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, primarily Mandarin-speaking customers. Key responsibilities include identifying sales opportunities, promoting Awesome Academy's programs, conducting sales presentations, and closing deals. You will also work closely with the marketing and administrative teams to ensure both enrollment targets and customer satisfaction are met.

Qualifications
  • Proven sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to identify client needs, tailor solutions, and close sales effectively
  • Fluency in Mandarin and English (written and verbal), with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients
  • Strong interpersonal skills, customer service orientation, and the ability to build rapport with diverse individuals
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and basic digital tools for sales tracking and reporting
  • Self-motivation, a results-oriented mindset, and the ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment
  • Experience in the education or training industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree
