Overview:
We are seeking a capable and resourceful Talent Acquisition / Recruiter to support hiring activities across the APAC region. This role requires strong Mandarin communication skills as you will regularly engage with Mandarin-speaking candidates, stakeholders, and regional teams.
You will work closely with business leaders to understand hiring needs, source qualified candidates, and manage the recruitment process from initial outreach through offer stage. The role suits someone who is organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-country environment.
Key Responsibilities
Stakeholder Engagement:
Partner with hiring managers and business teams to understand hiring needs and role expectations.
Communicate effectively with regional stakeholders, including Mandarin-speaking teams.
Provide practical hiring advice and support workforce planning discussions.
Talent Sourcing & Recruitment:
Develop sourcing strategies to attract suitable candidates across APAC markets.
Actively source talent through job portals, professional networks, referrals, and social platforms.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of Mandarin-speaking candidates where required.
Candidate Screening & Assessment:
Review resumes and conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidate suitability.
Communicate clearly with candidates in both Mandarin and English when required.
Present shortlisted candidates with clear assessments to hiring managers.
Interview Coordination & Hiring Process:
Arrange and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
Provide feedback updates to candidates and internal stakeholders.
Assist in offer discussions and hiring decisions.
Market Insights & Reporting:
Share updates on hiring trends, candidate availability, and salary benchmarks.
Maintain accurate recruitment records and ensure data integrity throughout the hiring process.
HR & Administrative Support:
Support additional HR or administrative tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
Mandarin language proficiency is required to support Mandarin-speaking stakeholders and candidates.
Experience in APAC recruitment is preferred.
Exposure to BPO environments or MSP recruitment models is highly advantageous.
Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
Familiar with common recruitment platforms and sourcing tools.
Able to manage multiple hiring requirements and work independently when needed.
