The Mandarin Telemarketing Sales HR Payroll role is a full-time hybrid position based in WP. Kuala Lumpur, offering a mix of work-from-home (3-4 days) and in-office work (1-2 days) across a 5-day workweek. The role involves generating leads, managing customer interactions, providing excellent customer service, and promoting HR payroll solutions to potential clients. You will play a key role in identifying customer needs, providing tailored solutions, and contributing to the growth of the business.

• Expertise in Lead Generation and Sales to identify and reach potential clients effectively
• Strong abilities in Customer Service and Customer Support to build and maintain positive client relationships
• Excellent Communication skills to present information effectively, both verbally and in writing
• Fluency in Mandarin and English to handle multilingual communications with clients
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment
• Experience in HR or payroll software sales is a plus
