  • Drive governance of investment, prioritization, and strategic alignment across the manufacturing portfolio
  • Manage vendors, partners, risks, and delivery performance
  • Ensure consistent deployment and adoption across manufacturing sites
  • Define and track business value (e.g., yield, productivity, cost), ensuring clear ownership, value cases, and KPI-based tracking
  • Act as the manufacturing domain authority within digital governance and decision-making forums
  • Build and develop capabilities in digital platforms, data-driven manufacturing, and AI-enabled workflows

What You Will Need

  • Experience in semiconductor or highly automated manufacturing environments is an advantage
  • Strong experience in manufacturing IT or digital transformation, with expertise in MES, equipment automation, factory systems, and quality applications
  • Proven track record in platform modernization, system integration, and enterprise-scale program leadership
  • Strong understanding of data-driven manufacturing, digital architecture, and AI-ready platforms
  • Familiarity with OT/IT convergence and cybersecurity in manufacturing environments
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills across business and IT
