Manufacturing Engineer (Fresh Graduates)

• Work with vendors to develop, set up, and debug automation machines.
• Provide timely feedback and resolve issues to ensure smooth project progress.
• Develop automation control programming according to production requirements.
• Provide digital solutions to support digital factory projects and improve realtime process control.
• Identify, diagnose, and troubleshoot complex electrical and automation issues in production lines.
• Communicate effectively across functions to ensure timely problem resolution.
• Support line maintenance and changeovers while guiding technicians to ensure smooth machine operation.
• Drive improvements focused on efficiency and cost savings.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by managers.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Automation, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• Or At least 1 year of experience in automated machine maintenance and electrical design.
• Not mandatory Familiar with Vision Inspection systems (Keyence / Cognex), PLCs, pneumatics, sensors, motors, and motion control devices.
• Experience specifying, programming, and troubleshooting servo controls and electrical systems.
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
• Good interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Must be fluent in English in both written and spoken.
• Able to communicate in Chinese language to liaise with our China vendors in the production.
• Able to work in day shift and night shift.
