- To apply Process Failure Mode and Analysis (PFMEA) and 8D process as required
- Regularly review Factory capacity by working together with Manufacturing and Test Engineering group
- Maintain the Assembly Fixtures, Test Fixtures and other related accessories records in database and maintain them in healthy condition with required spares and maintenance plan
- Review Operation Standard based on customers requirement and Industry standard
- Involve in continuous improvement initiatives to drive manufacturing efficiency and cost reduction
- Cycle time improvement by optimizing the manufacturing layout with continuous improvement mindset
- Basic knowledge in setting up lean line set-up, Manufacturing flow, Standardization
- Technical understanding of Equipment manufacturing process
- Have analytical and creative thinking skills for effective decision making
- Able to communicate to working level, management level and Customers with good presentation preparation and get the message across the team
- Project management understanding and knows how to use the application software
- Basic in Visual ERP system/Excel and other MS office applications skills
