Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in analyzing and improving manufacturing processes and workflows.
- Support data collection and reporting for production metrics.
- Participate in root cause analysis and problem-solving activities.
- Help develop and update work instructions and standard operating procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, quality, and maintenance.
- Contribute to continuous improvement projects and lean manufacturing initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a diploma/degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and engineering principles.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to learn and take initiative.
- Able to based in Penang Bayan Lepas
