About The Role

As a Manufacturing Executive, you will be responsible for managing in-process and outgoing quality, as well as handling product non-conformance issues. You will perform material dispositions to support operations and minimize disruptions to production and delivery. This role also involves identifying systematic issues related to process or equipment and driving continuous improvement initiatives in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.

What You Will Do

  • Ensure workforce attendance and optimize work scheduling to achieve KPIs with high-quality output.
  • Enforce people compliance in areas such as quality, scrap control, and discipline.
  • Review raw material readiness and plan production schedules to avoid disruptions caused by material shortages.
  • Coordinate closely with process and equipment teams to maintain product quality and equipment performance.
  • Lead and drive FIF projects to achieve quality objectives in collaboration with the process team.
  • Develop and implement systemic corrective actions aligned with overall quality strategies.
  • Ensure proper FIFO implementation and effective control of aging lots and MCT to support CVP targets.
  • Coordinate and manage material disposition for quality and scrap incidents arising from people compliance issues.
  • Provide shift support as required to ensure smooth manufacturing operations.

What You Will Need


  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a semiconductor manufacturing environment.
  • Experience in manufacturing operations, process quality, and product disposition handling.
  • Strong people management skills with confidence in leading teams.
  • Good analytical skills with risk-based thinking.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Results-driven, creative, and innovative mindset.
  • Demonstrates strong leadership and people management abilities.
  • Good communication skills and a strong team player.
