Manufacturing Manager

• Oversee daily manufacturing operations to ensure production targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules are achieved.
• Lead and manage production teams to improve operational efficiency, productivity, and workplace safety.
• Develop and implement manufacturing strategies aligned with company objectives and automotive industry standards.
• Monitor production performance, identify process improvements, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with quality management systems, safety regulations, and automotive manufacturing requirements.
• Coordinate with cross-functional departments including Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, and Maintenance.
• Manage manpower planning, staff training, performance evaluation, and team development activities.
• Analyze production data and prepare operational reports for senior management review.

Requirement

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
• Candidates must possess excellent communication skills and prior experience in the automotive manufacturing industry.
