This role supports the manual assembly in PCBA production lines.
Your tasks
- Perform manual PCB assembly and hand soldering in compliance with IPC Class II standards.
- Assemble through-hole (THT) components for wave soldering operations.
- Conduct inspections of PCB assemblies using optical inspection systems according to established quality criteria.
- Document inspection results accurately and maintain quality records.
- Perform rework and repair of PCB components to meet quality requirements.
Your Qualifications
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent certification in any field.
- At least 3 years of experience in a related field.
- Proven experience in PCB assembly and hand soldering.
- IPC Class II certification or higher (IPC-7711/7721 certification is an advantage).
- Ability to read and understand work instructions.
- Strong quality awareness and attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to perform shift work when required.
