Your tasks
- Perform manual PCB assembly and hand soldering in accordance with IPC Class II standards.
- Assemble through-hole (THT) components for wave soldering processes.
- Conduct PCBA inspections using optical inspection systems based on predefined criteria.
- Accurately document inspection results and findings.
- Carry out rework and repair of PCBAs and components as required.
Your Qualifications
- Minimum SPM qualification or a certificate in any related field.
- At least 3 years of relevant working experience.
- Proven experience in PCB assembly and hand soldering.
- IPC Certification Class II or higher (e.g., IPC7711/7721) is an added advantage.
- Ability to read and interpret work instructions accurately.
- Strong awareness of quality standards and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills.
- Willingness and ability to work shifts when required.
