Key Responsibilities (Manufacturing Process Engineer)

Manufacturing Process Support

• Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes to improve productivity, quality, and efficiency.

• Provide technical support to production teams to resolve process-related issues.

• Troubleshoot manufacturing problems through root cause analysis and corrective actions.

• Monitor production performance and implement improvements to enhance yield and reduce defects.

New Product Introduction (NPI)

• Support new product introduction activities from prototype development to mass production.

• Develop and validate manufacturing processes for new products.

• Collaborate with R&D and Engineering teams to ensure products are designed for manufacturability (DFM).

• Support process qualification, validation, and production ramp-up activities.

Process Improvement & Quality Enhancement

• Analyze manufacturing data to identify improvement opportunities.

• Drive continuous improvement projects to improve process capability, yield, and throughput.

• Implement process controls, SPC, and corrective action plans.

• Conduct failure analysis and support problem-solving activities for production issues.

Documentation & Technical Support

• Develop and maintain manufacturing documentation including SOPs, work instructions, and process specifications.

• Support process changes, engineering improvements, and equipment upgrades.

• Provide technical training and guidance to production technicians and operators.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree inElectronic Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related fieldwith a minimum6 years of experience in electronics manufacturing, process engineering, or related industry.

• Strong experience in manufacturing process development and optimization.

• Knowledge of electronics manufacturing processes, PCBA, and production systems.

• Experience in troubleshooting, failure analysis, and root cause analysis.

• Familiar with continuous improvement methodologies and process improvement tools.

• Knowledge of Statistical Process Control (SPC), process capability, and quality improvement techniques.

• Experience supporting NPI, process validation, and production transfer.
