We are seeking hands-on and technically skilled Engineer to support and maintain manufacturing equipment used for back-end processes like wave soldering, PCBA routing, Selective Wave, Auto-Insertion, Robotic Soldering, Conformal coating, and Potting operations. This role is critical to
ensuring high equipment uptime, process stability, and product quality. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of the above processes & experience in equipment installation, preventive
maintenance, and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Own and maintain equipment used in wave soldering, conformal coating, and potting processes, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime.
- Develop and execute preventive and predictive maintenance schedule
- Maintain accurate equipment documentation, including maintenance checklist and calibration activity.
- Collaborate with process engineers to fine-tune equipment parameters and support continuous process improvements.
- Lead the installation, calibration, and qualification of new equipment, working closely with process and production teams.
- Ability to work with limited supervision, the multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in engineering or equivalent min 2 years of working experience with manufacturing equipment in the electronics industry in equipment wave soldering, conformal coating, and potting.
- 2+ years of PCB experience with wave soldering, conformal coating, and potting preferred.
