Join our Global Manufacturing Excellence Team and play a key role in shaping the future of semiconductor manufacturing. This team is seeking technical experts and strategic leaders to drive innovation, optimize high-volume production processes, and lead global projects.

Depending on your expertise, you will either:

Equipment & Test Engineers – Specializations:

  • Wire Bond
  • Die Attach
  • Molding
  • Trim & Form
  • Plating
  • Final Test

Leadership Roles:


  • Director, Central Process Engineering (CPE)
  • Sr. Manager, Process Transfer
  • Planning: Senior / Manager, Capacity Management
  • NPI Project Manager

What You Will Do

  • Optimize and maintain high-volume semiconductor production processes.
  • Manage specialized workstreams such as Wire Bond, Die Attach, Molding, Trim & Form, Plating, and Testing.
  • Drive production line relocation, ramp-up, and stabilization to ensure smooth operational transitions
  • Lead New Product Introduction (NPI) and end-to-end process transfer activities across global manufacturing sites.
  • Coordinate new product introductions and production line transfers across global sites.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and meet production goals.

What You Will Need


  • Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical, Mechanical, or Semiconductor-related fields.
  • Proven experience in semiconductor manufacturing, equipment maintenance, or process engineering.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to drive process improvements.
  • Experience in project management or leading technical teams (for management roles).
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic global manufacturing environment
