What You Will Do
- Optimize and maintain high-volume semiconductor production processes.
- Manage specialized workstreams such as Wire Bond, Die Attach, Molding, Trim & Form, Plating, and Testing.
- Drive production line relocation, ramp-up, and stabilization to ensure smooth operational transitions
- Lead New Product Introduction (NPI) and end-to-end process transfer activities across global manufacturing sites.
- Coordinate new product introductions and production line transfers across global sites.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and meet production goals.
What You Will Need
- Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical, Mechanical, or Semiconductor-related fields.
- Proven experience in semiconductor manufacturing, equipment maintenance, or process engineering.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to drive process improvements.
- Experience in project management or leading technical teams (for management roles).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic global manufacturing environment
