Job Description

  • Handle daily enquiries from hotels and support on operational and administrative tasks.
  • Manage long tail accounts via emails, act as the point of contact for those hotels.
  • Work with market managers to pitch campaigns or any marketing activities to hotels. Aim to have good sign-up rates.
  • Work with market managers to conduct analysis for hotels.
  • Support and co-lead company initiatives eg. system migration. Be the point of contact for hotels on this initiative.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree from reputable university
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Detail-oriented, able to handle complicated tasks in a structured manner.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Google Workspace software (G-doc).
  • Ability to multitask and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good team players, able to work and support team members smoothly.
