We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Market Coordinator to support our Chains Market Management team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining operational efficiency and overall competitiveness of our hotel portfolio, ensuring seamless collaboration across internal teams and partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Onboarding Support
  • Assist in tracking and coordinating the onboarding process of newly acquired chain hotels.
  • Ensure all property details, content, and payment setups are correctly configured prior to go-live.
  • Liaise with internal teams and hotel partners to resolve onboarding-related issues promptly.
  • Operational Support
  • Provide day-to-day operational assistance to the Market Managers, especially in regions without MM local coverage.
  • Handle administrative and content management tasks to ensure accurate and up-to-date property information.
  • Support in resolving VCC/payment issues in collaboration with Finance and Partner Services teams.
  • Pricing and Competitiveness
  • Assist Market Managers in conducting regular pricing checks to ensure rate parity with other OTAs.
  • Flag and escalate discrepancies or pricing opportunities to Market Managers.
  • Data & Performance Monitoring
  • Monitor supply health metrics to ensure properties remain active, bookable, and competitive.
  • Extract and share raw data from multiple dashboards to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Assist MMs in preparing presentation materials and help in formatting or refining decks.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Hospitality, Economics, or a related field.
  • 13 years of experience in e-commerce, travel, hospitality, or a similar fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with data from multiple sources.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with BI dashboards like Tableau or CRM tools is an advantage.
  • Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively across teams and regions.
