Job Description

Job Description:

  • Analyse seller performance and generate actionable insights to inform next-step strategies
  • Own and execute growth programmes aimed at onboarding and scaling new sellers
  • Analyse cross-border campaign performance, identify key performance drivers, and provide recommendations to improve future campaigns
  • Support the team across a range of marketing initiatives, optimising performance through data-driven analysis and decision-making
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on campaign nominations to ensure adequate exposure for cross-border sellers and products

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree with majors in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics or other relevant fields
  • Data driven and attentive to details
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Team-player, and positive attitude with a willingness to learn and collaborate
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Knowledge in SQL is a plus
  • Full-time interns are preferred (6 months)
