SALT Talent is looking to hire a Market Manager for one of the tech clients in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia for 12 months & renewable contract role.
Job Description:
- Build and manage professional hosts partner relationships within assigned markets
- Manage portfolio of professional hosts accounts to meet and exceed quarterly/annual supply optimization and supply goals
- Analyze data and utilize data-driven recommendations to identify and action on strategic opportunities to grow and improve supply quality in assigned markets
- Develop go-to-market strategies and present the idea and business proposal to drive portfolio, market growth
- Prospect and onboard new, high quality supply and identify potential supply partnership opportunities in your assigned markets.
- Maintain a baseline understanding of the technical integration of various software partners so that you can provide the right support to your clients
- Represent the client in external meetings with Professional Hosts at professional hosts events
- Work with cross functional partners such as communications, public policy to help professional hosts to implement industry best practices among professional hosts.
- Hold regular optimization calls and business reviews with your partners
- Respond to and deliver exceptional service to your professional hosts in a timely and efficient manner, occasionally traveling to your market to provide in-person support and guidance
Qualification:
- 6+ years of experience in new sales, account management. Experience in consulting is a plus.
- 2+ years of real estate, property management or hospitality tech industry.
- Strong time management and prioritization skills
- Experience in creating data driven go-to-market strategy to grow certain business segment, new market entry or expansion
- Proven track record or exceeding product adoption/acquisition target in consecutive quarters
- Experience in running measurable scaled sales and operations programs.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills and ability to communicate effectively with clients via phone, email,video conference, and in-person
- Proficient quantitative skills and proven ability to interpret and apply data throughout your day-to-day work
- The ability to get things done with constantly changing priorities, projects and deadlines
- Proven experience working cross-functionally
- Proficient in using CRM software - Salesforce experience is a plus
