Full-Time Responsibilities
1. Marketing Data Ownership (Core)- Manage and maintain marketing databases (CRM, trackers, dashboards)
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timeliness
- Perform regular data audits and clean-ups
- Prepare structured reports for management
2. Research & Insights Support- Conduct structured market and competitor research
- Analyze trends and summarize insights (not just raw data)
- Maintain research documentation for future reference
- Support strategy discussions with data inputs
3. Campaign Operations Management- Coordinate campaign timelines and execution checklists
- Track campaign performance metrics
- Liaise with sales, design, agencies, or vendors
- Identify operational gaps and propose improvements
4. Process & System Improvement- Improve templates, trackers, and workflows
- Standardize documentation and SOPs
- Recommend tools or automation for efficiency
- Train interns or junior staff when needed
Full-Time Requirements- Strong spreadsheet skills (Excel / Google Sheets)
- High attention to detail and ownership mindset
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks independently
