Job Description

Role Purpose (Full-Time)

To own and manage marketing operational systems, ensuring data accuracy, smooth execution of campaigns, and reliable reporting that supports marketing decision-making.

Full-Time Responsibilities
1. Marketing Data Ownership (Core)
  • Manage and maintain marketing databases (CRM, trackers, dashboards)
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timeliness
  • Perform regular data audits and clean-ups
  • Prepare structured reports for management

2. Research & Insights Support
  • Conduct structured market and competitor research
  • Analyze trends and summarize insights (not just raw data)
  • Maintain research documentation for future reference
  • Support strategy discussions with data inputs

3. Campaign Operations Management
  • Coordinate campaign timelines and execution checklists
  • Track campaign performance metrics
  • Liaise with sales, design, agencies, or vendors
  • Identify operational gaps and propose improvements

4. Process & System Improvement
  • Improve templates, trackers, and workflows
  • Standardize documentation and SOPs
  • Recommend tools or automation for efficiency
  • Train interns or junior staff when needed

Full-Time Requirements
  • Strong spreadsheet skills (Excel / Google Sheets)
  • High attention to detail and ownership mindset
  • Comfortable managing multiple tasks independently
  • Basic understanding of marketing funnels and metrics
