Prepare materials for meetings, including agendas, reports, and presentations
Handle confidential information and correspondence with professionalism and discretion
Assist with printing, copying, and storing marketing department documents
Schedule and organize the marketing department's meetings and conferences
Arrange internal staff activities such as festive celebrations, company trips, team building - transport, accommodations, and flights
Monitor and update the marketing department's monthly, and quarterly budget and expense reports
Initiate and submit Purchase Order (PO), invoicing, and payment for the marketing department; Assist in providing the company's details to third-party agencies/vendors to issue invoices
Assist in response to marketing-related inquiries from customers by social media messaging, email, or phone through the CRM system
Data entry, filter, and key in sales lead in CRM system
Assist marketing department and its stakeholders to file in monthly expenditures
Assist with other ad-hoc duties assigned by the marketing department as and when required
Requirements
Relevant business diploma or degree with at least internship experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Google Workspace
Full-time position with flexibility for occasional travel as required
Well-organized, meticulous, and able to multi-task
Accountable for responsibilities, a self-starter, good problem-solving skills, and able to work independently
Good communicator, interpersonal skills, open-minded, carry a positive attitude, adaptable to a unique work environment as well as other employees
