The role:
We are looking for a proactive
Marketing & Admin Intern to support in marketing and company branding activities while assisting with administrative operations. This role suits someone who is creative, organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to handle both marketing and operational tasks in a fast-paced IT environment.
What you'll do:
- Support on company sales and marketing events
- Assist in preparing marketing materials (posters, videos, slides, announcements and basic visuals)
- Collaborate with the wider marketing team on events and activities to ensure smooth executions
- Support the creation of engaging content creation to support internal and external communications
- Provide insights and recommendations for marketing optimization & planning
- Provide administrative support, including documentation, scheduling and reporting
- Contribute to various ad-hoc projects as needed, providing support for operational tasks
Requirements
What you must have:
- A minimum CGPA of 3.0/4.0 or better
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communication, Events, Business or equivalent
- A minimum of 5 months internship duration
What we consider a plus:
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms such as LinkedIn
- Familiarity with simple design or editing tools for graphics and video (e.g. Canva, CapCut, PowerPoint)
- A creative mindset with an interest in branding, content creation or digital marketing
