The role: What is involved
In support of the UK & Europe business strategy, the Marketing & Communications Assistant is responsible for supporting the delivery and day to day implementation of our various marketing campaigns and initiatives.
We're looking for a highly organised individual with exceptional attention to detail and a strong desire to develop their professional experience in marketing and communications. Training and professional development will be available as part of our investment in people approach.
We need an excellent writer who understands the importance of embedding our core messages consistently across brand, social media, PR and marketing campaigns and you'll be given exposure to a wide range of tactical activities, including:
The role supports both internal and external communications and you will work with our two UK & Europe Marketing Campaign Managers and the UK & European Associate Director, reporting into the Marketing Campaign Manager. The UK and Europe marketing team is part of a wider global marketing team, and you will work closely with colleagues worldwide.

About our Marketing & Communications Team
Based in the UK, we're a newly-formed team of four (including this role), focused on integrated marketing communications to support brand awareness, lead generation and internal engagement across our UK and Europe business, working closely with sector leads and regional managing directors. We are part of a wider group marketing team, led by our global marketing director, with members across our wide range of international offices, from Portland to Mumbai. We are a highly professional, collaborative and honest team, focused on delivering marketing communications that bring our purpose – to add value that makes building a better future possible – to life for our clients. We are based in a brand new, award-winning building at 150 Holborn, alongside others that form a part of the Sidara collaborative, enabling a fantastic engaging and social working environment.
