Marketing & Growth Lead

Full-Time | On-site, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

We are now looking for a Marketing & Growth Lead someone who can own growth end-to-end, not just manage individual channels such as social media or paid ads.

The Role

This is not a junior role, and it is not a narrow role.

You will operate at a Head of Marketinglevel responsibility, without the politics, layers, or inflated titles often found in large organizations.

You will take ownership of:

  • Brand growth
  • User acquisition
  • Content direction
  • Campaign execution
  • Partnerships and collaborations

If your experience is limited to only one area (only social, only ads, or only content), this role will not be a fit.

Key Responsibilities1. Growth & Strategy
  • Own Enternite's overall growth strategy across both online and offline channels
  • Translate business objectives into clear, actionable marketing plans
  • Identify, test, and scale effective growth channels
  • Think in terms of traction, momentum, and scalability, not vanity metrics

2. Content & Social Ecosystem
  • Oversee and shape content strategy across platforms
  • (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Shorts, X, and others)
  • Understand hooks, storytelling, narratives, and distribution mechanics
  • Be hands-on when required; this is not a delegation-only role
  • Ensure the brand voice is sharp, consistent, and culturally relevant

3. Campaigns & Activations
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns, both digital and real-world
  • Design launches, promotions, collaborations, and awareness initiatives
  • Understand how to convert attention into measurable outcomes
  • Coordinate closely with designers, video teams, and external creative partners

4. Partnerships & Collaborations
  • Initiate and manage collaborations with:
  • Merchants
  • Venues
  • Creators
  • Communities
  • Build mutually beneficial partnerships that drive visibility and adoption
  • Be comfortable working with people, not just dashboards and reports

5. Performance & Optimization
  • Run or oversee paid campaigns (Meta, TikTok, boosts, etc.)
  • Analyze performance data beyond surface-level reporting
  • Optimize decisions based on results, not opinions
  • Balance creative thinking with performance and ROI considerations

  • You have 5+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent hands-on startup experience
  • You have worked in startups or fast-moving environments
  • You are hands-on and execution-oriented, not purely strategic

  • You are comfortable with ambiguity and building from zero
  • You care about impact and results, not titles
