Role Description
We're looking for a Marketing & Project Lead who is strong in social media execution and confident managing multiple workstreams across placemaking and lifestyle projects.
This role is ideal for someone who understands how content, marketing, and project delivery connect someone who can execute content plans, support light planning, manage timelines, and keep projects moving smoothly.
While the title includes Lead, this is a hands-on role with a strong focus on execution, coordination, and consistency.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media & Content (Primary Focus)
Execute social media content across Meta (Instagram/Facebook) and TikTok, based on existing content calendars.
Edit short-form videos (Reels / TikTok-style content) using existing footage and light on-ground capture when required.
Write captions and social copy that are clear, on-brand, and culturally relevant.
Support light content planning for gaps, reactive moments, and event-led content.
Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and overall project narratives.
Assist with basic performance tracking and reporting (reach, engagement, views).
Marketing Support
Support marketing rollouts for placemaking projects, festivals, and lifestyle campaigns.
Coordinate marketing assets, decks, and presentation materials with internal teams and partners.
Help translate on-ground activities into clear digital stories and content moments.
Project Management & Coordination
Support day-to-day project management across multiple projects.
Track timelines, deliverables, and approvals to ensure smooth execution.
Liaise with internal teams, vendors, and external partners where required.
Attend site visits, setup days, and event executions when necessary.
Provide regular progress updates and flag risks or delays early
Requirements
25 years experience in marketing, social media, content, or project coordination roles.
Strong understanding of social media platforms and short-form content formats.
Comfortable executing content calendars with some input into planning and ideas.
Confident with basic video editing and mobile-first content creation.
Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple timelines at once.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.
Experience working in an agency environment, managing client accounts.
