Role Description The Marketing Analyst at Izbandh is a full-time remote role responsible for turning data into insights that support marketing and sales strategies. Day-to-day tasks include collecting and analyzing marketing and sales data, building dashboards and reports, and evaluating campaign performance across channels. The role involves identifying trends, segmenting audiences, and making recommendations to optimize corporate gifting campaigns and marketing spend. The Marketing Analyst will collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and operations teams to improve targeting, measure ROI, and support strategic decision-making. This position also contributes to forecasting, market research, and continuous improvement of analytics processes.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills and experience working with analytics tools to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics, including campaign performance measurement, customer segmentation, and ROI analysis.
- Effective communication skills to present complex data clearly to cross-functional stakeholders and support decision-making.
- Understanding of sales metrics and ability to align marketing analytics with sales performance and pipeline data.
- Experience with spreadsheets and/or BI tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, Tableau, Power BI) for reporting and visualization.
