A large glass processing and architectural glass manufacturing company in Seremban, Negeri Sembilan is hiring a Marketing Analyst to support market research, market intelligence, sales analysis, and business planning.

The company is involved in the manufacturing and supply of architectural glass products for the construction and building materials sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research and analyse industry trends, customer behaviour, and market opportunities

• Collect, interpret, and evaluate market data to support business planning

• Monitor competitor activities, pricing strategies, and product developments

• Prepare market intelligence reports and provide recommendations to management

• Analyse sales performance and identify areas for business growth

• Forecast market demand and customer requirements

• Support the development of marketing strategies and business expansion plans

• Coordinate with China headquarters to share market insights and industry updates

• Identify potential customers, target markets, and emerging business opportunities

• Present research findings and strategic recommendations to management and relevant departments

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent

• Experience in market research, business analysis, sales analysis, or marketing strategy is an added advantage

• Strong analytical and reporting skills

• Able to interpret market data and prepare clear business recommendations

• Good communication and presentation skills

• Mandarin communication ability may be an advantage due to coordination with China headquarters
