Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing and Social Media Executive, located in Damansara Height, WP, Kuala Lumpur. The individual in this position will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing plans and strategies, conducting market research, managing social media platforms, creating engaging content and campaigns, and analyzing performance metrics. The successful candidate will collaborate with internal teams to align marketing initiatives with the company's overall objectives.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Market Planning and Market Research to inform effective marketing strategies
- Strong Communication skills to convey ideas effectively and engage various audiences
- Experience in Sales and Marketing to drive campaign success and meet targets
- Familiarity with social media management and tools
- Ability to analyze data and metrics for performance evaluation
- Flexibility to adapt to dynamic environments and handle multiple projects
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Experience in the entertainment or music industry is a plus
