Job Overview:
As a Marketing Assistant at ICARE RX SDN BHD, you will play a crucial role in supporting the marketing team in various backend activities. You will assist in executing marketing campaigns, managing digital content, and analyzing market trends to help drive our brand's growth and engagement.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns.
Manage and update content on various digital platforms (e.g., website, social media).
Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new marketing opportunities.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging.
Support the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, newsletters, and promotional content.
Monitor and report on the performance of marketing initiatives.
Assist in organizing promotional events and activities.
Perform administrative tasks to support the marketing department.
Requirements:
Diploma in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience as a marketing assistant or in a similar role.
Proficient in MS Office and marketing software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Creativity and commercial awareness.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
