Job Responsibilities

  • Paid Media Strategy & Planning

Develop and execute data-driven paid media strategies aligned to marketing goals, defining KPIs, target audiences, platform mix, and budget allocation.

  • Campaign Execution & Optimization

Launch, monitor, and continuously optimize ads across platforms such as Facebook/Meta Ads, Instagram, TikTok, Telegram, LinkedIn, etc..

  • Budget Management & ROI Excellence

Allocate and oversee paid media budgets to ensure efficient spending, maximizing ROI and achieving performance targets.

  • Analytics & Performance Reporting

Track campaign metrics, produce reports, derive actionable insights, and provide strategic recommendations for continuous improvement.

  • Creative Collaboration & Feedback Loop

Partner with creative/insights teams to guide compelling ad copy and visuals; provide structured feedback to ensure creative aligns with objectives.

  • Industry Trends & Best Practices

Stay current on platform updates, emerging channels, and industry trends to inform strategy adjustments.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
  • 2-3 years of hands-on experience in paid media/performance marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of Meta Ads, TikTok, Telegram, LinkedIn; Google Ads is a plus.
  • Familiarity with tracking tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.).
  • Stays ahead of emerging digital trends, platform updates, and innovative ad formats.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
  • Growth-driven, data-obsessed, and results-oriented.
  • Proven ability to manage and optimize ad budgets with focus on ROI.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with creative teams.
