This role is responsible for driving menu innovation, marketing strategies, and campaign execution for KFC's New Segment. You'll lead end-to-end initiatives that grow sales, profitability, customer acquisition, and brand equity in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic marketing calendars to drive incremental sales
- Lead end-to-end product lifecycle management (ideation, testing, launch, post-analysis)
- Plan and deliver integrated marketing campaigns with strong ROI
- Manage A&P budgets, sales forecasts, and stock projections
- Drive customer acquisition, brand consideration, and equity growth
- Collaborate closely with Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Digital teams & agencies
- Oversee creative development across TVC, digital, in-store, and activation assets
- Present business cases, campaign results, and insights to senior management & franchisor
- Coach and develop team members while fostering strong cross-functional collaboration
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Mass Communication, PR, or related field
- 5–7 years experience in marketing, preferably within F&B or fast-paced consumer businesses
- Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets and P&L impact
- Excellent communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia
- Strategic, analytical, and proactive with a strong execution mindset
- Confident presenter with the ability to influence stakeholders
- Comfortable working under pressure in a dynamic environment
