Duties include:
- Compile and distribute information such as website and social media analytics.
- Write and edit content for different platforms such as social media, EDM, websites.
- Support the team with planning, implementing & organising presentations and events.
- Assist with the production of marketing materials and collateral, such as brochures, case studies, presentation slides.
- Support the marketing team with planning, implementing, and monitoring various marketing campaigns: Google Ads (SEO, SEM), LinkedIn Ads, marketing events (online & onsite).
- Create and design marketing materials, including social media creatives, event visuals, EDM banners, presentation decks, posters, and other digital or print assets to support branding and marketing campaigns.
- Edit and produce short-form videos and marketing content for social media, events, campaigns, and corporate branding purposes.
- Working closely with sales and the project implementation department.
Requirement:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, Design, or related fields.
- Competency in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, PPT.
- Design software preferred: Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Indesign, Canva.
- Basic video editing skills using software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar editing tools.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese & English, as the role needs to liaise with Chinese clients and other Chinese support teams.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing analysis, such as SEO, SEM, Social Media Ads analysis.
