Job Description:

  • Take full ownership of the business performance and marketing strategy for the ShopeePay products assigned to you.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the products, customers, and market landscape, staying informed about trends and competitor movements to identify new growth opportunities.
  • Plan, manage, and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns, ensuring each initiative is delivered timely and achieves measurable results.
  • Collaborate with Product, Business Development, Regional, and Creative teams, as well as external partners to design and deliver impactful marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, extract insights, and translate findings into actionable improvements to optimize future campaigns.

Requirements:

  • Mindset & Ownership: Strong sense of ownership and accountability positive, proactive attitude adaptable and flexible in fast-changing environments eagerness to learn and quickly grasp new product domains.
  • Collaboration & Communication: A reliable and collaborative team player excellent command of English and Malay for clear campaign communication proven ability to work effectively across multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Project Management: Ability to manage multiple campaigns or projects simultaneously detail-oriented with strong organizational and planning skills able to track progress, meet deadlines, and ensure execution aligns with goals.
  • Product & Analytical Skills: Strong product sense with the ability to understand complex products and simplify them into customer-friendly messaging comfortable analyzing data, funnels, and performance metrics to optimize campaigns.
  • Marketing Knowledge: Basic understanding of digital marketing fundamentals, including paid media, CRM, lifecycle marketing, and app-based placements ability to apply knowledge to campaign execution.
  • Experience: 2-4 years in product marketing, growth marketing, or campaign management, preferably in a fast-paced or challenger brand environment where marketing drives measurable business impact.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
